Welcome to Italian Diamonds. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

2. Products and Services

Accuracy of Representation

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, finishes, and images of our jewelry. However, due to variations in monitor displays and the natural characteristics of the materials used, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

Hypoallergenic & Anti-Tarnish Claims

While our products are rigorously engineered to be dermatologically safe, hypoallergenic, and equipped with anti-tarnish shields, individual skin compositions and severe environmental factors may occasionally cause varied reactions. Italian Diamonds is not liable for individual allergic reactions.

3. Pricing and Billing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

4. Returns and Exchanges

Our commitment to your satisfaction includes a 3 Month Free return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original premium packaging. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for detailed instructions on initiating an exchange or refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

1. Submit Your Return Request
   You can submit a return request through WhatsApp or our website. Please provide your Order Number, reason for the return, and a clear unboxing video and/or photos of the product.

2. Return Request Review
   Our team will review your request and notify you via WhatsApp and email regarding the status of your return request.

3. Return Shipping
   If applicable, we will provide a prepaid return shipping, depending on your region and eligibility. If a prepaid return shipping is not available, you may be required to self-ship the product to our warehouse at your own expense.

4. Pack the Product Securely
   Please pack the jewellery securely in its original Italian Diamonds packaging, including any certificates or accompanying documents, to prevent damage during transit.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it and proceed with the return or exchange according to our policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of Italian Diamonds and protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service or website without express written permission from us.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall Italian Diamonds, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or contractors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, or any similar damages arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

7. Warranty Policy

1-Year Warranty

At Italian Diamonds, we are proud to offer a 1-year warranty against plating-related issues. If your jewellery fades or discolours due to a plating issue during this period, we will provide a free replacement up to two times in year, subject to inspection and approval.

How to Claim Your Warranty

To claim your warranty, simply email us with:

- Clear photos and a video showing the issue
- Your invoice or order ID
- Your contact details

Customers are required to send the product to our warehouse and bear the return shipping charges. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it. If the claim is approved, we will process the exchange within 30 days.

Italian Diamonds will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement product back to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

- Accidental damage or misuse
- Normal wear and tear
- Lost or stolen stones
- Scratches caused by everyday use
- Damage caused by improper storage or care
- Repairs, modifications, or alterations made by anyone other than Italian Diamonds

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Italian Diamonds.

  • If you cancel before shipping, your refund will be initiated immediately.
  • If your order has already been shipped, the refund will be processed once the package is returned and received at our warehouse.

You can track your order in a few simple ways:

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Simply click on it to view your order status in real-time.
